iPod Nano's New Face

Apple is really into the multi-touch thing. After launching the iPad this year and upgrading both the iPod touch and iPhone, Apple has once again created a milestone through one of their babies – iPod nano.



With the new iPod nano, many things have once again changed. The click wheel which has been very popular with many iPods has bid its farewell as the new iPod nano adopts the multi-touch technology. Now, you just need to tap the screen in order to navigate your new iPod. Moreover, shaking the iPod nano shuffles you the music on your playlist. Truly, it is advancement for this little device.

Speaking of little, the iPod nano is really smaller this time. The dimensions have varied drastically as people tend to like little gadgets with great functionality. In fact, it is as small as a wrist watch. And believe it not, there are manufacturers of wrist straps for the iPad nano already.

The best part is even the iPod nano is so small, the some of the features that we used to enjoyed before have been retained on this latest release of Apple. Features like FM radio, the Nike plus interface, photo gallery and the pedometer were retained. Moreover, the iPod nano, just like its multi-touch sisters, have accelerometer to boost the performance. There are a lot more new features that you should experience however, the camera and the video viewing have been omitted.



Definitely the iPod nano has evolved so many times in the past years. It has changed shapes so many times as it has vary in screen size. Moreover, the iPod nano has adopted new and old technologies and combine them into one amazing device. But there are few things that will not change in the iPod nano – the stunning colors and the great audio performance.
